Som Imaa Queen har Adam Spjuth blivit nominerad till tidningen QX pris “Årets Drag”, som delas ut vid den årliga QX Gaygalan åren 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 och 2022. Året 2022 stod han som vinnare av titeln. Imaa Queen vann även 2021 den internationella dragartist tävlingen The EuroStars Drag Contest, förlagan till Eurodrag.

As Imaa Queen, Adam has previously been nominated for the QX magazine’s “Drag of the Year” award, which is awarded annually at the QX Gay Gala since 2018. He won the award in 2022. In 2021, Imaa Queen also won the international drag artist competition The EuroStars Drag Contest, the inspiration for Eurodrag.
